About Us

01

about-us

Our fleet is comprised of state-of-the-art trucks, dry vans and reefer trailers and we are dedicated to upgrading them frequently. To improve the productivity and quality of our service, we employ real-time asset tracking and navigation systems. Latest year models of trucks and trailers help to reduce the downtime and ensure that all customer loads are delivered on time, every time.

We have an in-house garage facility in our yard to conduct repairs on all our assets in a timely manner. Our solid preventative maintenance program includes scheduled regular checks for all our assets, in addition to the government mandated annual safety inspections. We understand the importance of our equipment to be in good working condition, as we aim to replace it with the newer models every four to five years.

Our Team

At Shaan Truck Lines, we have a responsibility to the community to ensure that our employees meet the highest safety standards. We are committed to our employees’ well-being and provide them with a work life balance in a stress-free environment. The management promotes the safety-oriented culture throughout the company and every employee is encouraged to enhance their skill set at their own pace.

We invest heavily in the training of our workforce. Each department receives educational support through video tutorials and classroom instructions. In addition, hands-on training is also provided to enhance the employee skills.

Green Initiatives

We understand that the Green trucking initiatives can help improve the quality of training for new drivers. We train our drivers on fuel-saving techniques that reduce carbon emissions and accidents. This is because drivers who are trained to operate fuel-efficient vehicles tend to be better at conserving fuel overall.

Route optimization is a long-established practice that has been used to reduce fuel consumption and emissions by finding the most efficient route for a truck to take. We use GPS tracking devices to track the movements of our trucks and use the data to find areas where drivers are wasting time or fuel.

Full-Truck-Load

Shaan Truck Lines have the necessary equipment at hand for shipping oversized items. Using our 60-megawatt curtain-side trailers, we can safely transport any freight. Our FTL (full truckload) shipping services use specialized trucks to transport heavy cargo loads. Our three types of cargo trucks—flatbed, flat-rack, and low-bed—can transport large and heavy machinery precisely.

Less-Than-Truck-Load

LTL is the standard mode of transportation for transporting items weighing between 150 and 15,000 pounds. Whether your LTL needs are short-haul, long-haul, or regional inside the United States or Canada, Shaan Truck Lines will handle any load, no matter how big or small. We have a team of dispatchers available 24/7, with access to a fleet of dry vans, reefers, and anything else that can get your LTL on the road as fast as possible.

Reefers

We offer reefers in a range of capacities to accommodate any load. A refrigerated or frozen truck, known as a reefer, is the most prevalent type. A cryogenic reefer is used for much colder and more delicate materials, such as transporting medical or technical stuff. The other option is a heated van, ideal for transporting items that thrive in warmer temperatures.

Dry Vans

When transporting solid, non-perishable products that don't need to be refrigerated, dry vans are the way to go. They can be loaded into either 20-foot-long vans or 53-foot-long trailers. Send us a message explaining your load type, and we'll devise a plan to get it to its destination quickly, safely, and securely.
